To bridge the gap in Minnesota between research and practice in the field of
aging, with special emphasis on developing and supporting
tomorrow's leaders.
Goals
Goal 1: To provide educational and network opportunities for practitioners, students, educators, researchers and others working in the field of gerontology
Goal 2: To support leaders of tomorrow in gerontology
Goal 3: To contribute to the professional growth of MGS members which in turn supports and sustains successful programs and services for the aging population in Minnesota
Goal 4: To strengthen and sustain the organizational capacites of MGS
