Face Aging MN is a statewide campaign to raise awareness about the issues that accompany the reality of a rapidly aging society. The goal is to create a conversation about aging that engages families, community leaders, caregivers and legislators, a conversation that ultimately leads to a smarter and better care model for older Minnesotans.

The campaign, a collaboration between Care Providers of Minnesota and LeadingAge Minnesota, strives to change the discussion from one of “crisis-speak” to one of investment in seniors, and awareness of what all of us need to do to get ready to serve the needs of Minnesota’s growing senior population.
