Corjena Cheung, PhD, RN, FGSA
Corjena is a tenure-track assistant professor at the University of Minnesota. She completed a post-doctoral fellowship funded by the John A. Hartford Foundation, and has been an active member at the Gerontological Society of America, and the Midwest Nursing Research Society. Her research focuses on the use of complementary therapies for health promotion and symptom management in older adults with chronic health conditions. Dr. Cheung has conducted a number of randomized controlled trials to examine the effects of yoga on knee osteoarthritis.
