Lezlie Paulus

Lezlie is the first Director of Operations for Justice North. In this role, she oversees IT, Compliance, the fundraising, communications and outreach team, our innovations program, and the Volunteer Attorney program. Prior to joining Justice North, Lezlie spent three years as a consultant for legal aid organizations with a specialization in intake, operations, and process improvement. She first joined the legal aid sector as the first Director of Business Administration for Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services. Before finding her home in legal aid, Lezlie had a robust career in the legal information industry at Thomson Reuters, where she served in several roles across the organization and developed her expertise in process improvement and strategic planning. Lezlie is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and William Mitchell College of Law and is dedicated to advancing access to justice through transformative organizational and workflow enhancements and technological innovation.
